What you pay
What a quote includes, and the lines our Terms of Use set out.
- What the price includes
- The price your agent quotes includes airline taxes and fees and any service fee from us. Optional extras that some airlines charge for, such as extra bags or certain seats, are separate, and your agent can tell you what they cost.
- Our service fee
- Any service fee is included in the price your agent quotes, so the price you are quoted is the amount you pay for the ticket. You see the full price before you pay.
- Changes and cancellations
- Whether you can change a ticket, and what it costs, depends on the airline's fare rules for the fare you bought. Ask before departure. If we charge a service fee for handling the change, your agent tells you the amount before you agree. Changes, cancellations and refunds after you book
