1 License Grant The Services provided by BuyBusinessClass are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. International travel requires passengers to have a valid passport, which must be presented for all international flights. Certain countries may also require a visa and/or health card. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure all travel documents, such as passports and visas (whether transit, business, tourist, or other types), are in order and that any other foreign entry requirements are fulfilled.
BuyBusinessClass does not have specialized knowledge about foreign entry requirements or travel documents and does not provide advice in this regard. We encourage all customers to review travel prohibitions, warnings, advisories, and announcements from relevant government authorities before booking travel to international destinations. Passport and Visa: Many countries require that your passport be valid for a minimum period after your arrival in that country. Passengers should verify visa requirements for all stops during their journey, as some countries may require a transit visa. Passengers connecting through airports in the European Union (Schengen Zone) may need a Schengen Entry visa. Additionally, some countries may have specific requirements for one-way travel.

Liability: We accept no liability if you are denied entry onto a flight or into any country due to your failure to carry the correct and adequate passport, visa, or other required travel documents for any airline, government authority, or country, including countries you may only transit through. This applies to all stops made by the aircraft, even if you remain on board or within the airport.
Health: Travel health requirements, including recommended vaccinations, may change, and it is your responsibility to consult your doctor for the latest recommendations before your trip. You must ensure you meet all health entry requirements, obtain the necessary vaccinations, take any prescribed medications, and follow medical advice related to your journey. 6. BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE:
The baggage allowance is specified on your order confirmation with BuyBusinessClass and on your electronic ticket. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the latest baggage allowance details directly with the airline listed on their itinerary. This will provide information on the permitted number, size, and weight of each item you plan to bring on your trip. Some airlines offer lower fares that do not include baggage, so it’s important to review your order confirmation to determine if luggage is included in your fare. If luggage is not included, you will need to add it, and this can typically be done through the airline’s website.
Please note that adding luggage at the airport is usually more expensive, so we recommend adding it before checking in. Baggage policies, including the allowed size, weight, and number of items, as well as any associated fees, can vary significantly between airlines and are subject to change at any time. If your luggage exceeds the airline’s specified limits, additional charges may apply.

Travel Supplier – A provider of one or more Service Elements, including hotels, car rental companies, and airlines. BuyBusinessClass works with these third-party Travel Suppliers to arrange Service Elements but does not act as the principal vendor.
Booking – The process of negotiating with a Travel Supplier to obtain one or more Service Elements through the Website, which may lead to a contract when full payment is received and your offer is accepted.
To complete a Booking, the following steps ensure its validity
When Service Elements are listed on the Website, we are inviting you to make an offer to purchase. You do not submit this offer until you click Book on the payment page (Review Trip Details and Book).
By doing so, you make BuyBusinessClass an offer (which cannot be withdrawn) to purchase the relevant Service Element(s) from the Travel Supplier(s). We have the right to accept or reject this offer at our sole discretion.
The email confirmation from BuyBusinessClass is not the acceptance of the Booking but an acknowledgment that we have received your offer. We must check the availability of the Service Element(s).
If the Service Element is available, your Booking will be processed, and the contract will be formed once full payment is received.
The contract between you and the Travel Supplier applies only to the Service Elements confirmed by email, such as ticket numbers for flights or reservation numbers for hotels, cars, or activities.
The terms of your Booking (e.g., price, availability, and travel dates) are not guaranteed until the contract is formed and a ticket is issued or a reservation is confirmed by the Travel Supplier Once your Booking is confirmed, it can only be modified or canceled at our sole discretion, according to the terms outlined in these Terms &Conditions
These Booking terms also apply to individual Service Elements’ Terms & Conditions (e.g., airline tickets, hotel bookings, car rentals, activities), which may include additional provisions not covered by the Booking process. BuyBusinessClass reserves the right to change the Booking process at any time, with changes taking effect when posted on the Website.
Identification: A government-issued photo ID is required for security checks at airports, hotels, car rentals, and certain attractions. You may not be entitled to any refunds if you are denied entry, delayed, or deported due to failure to meet these requirements.
Government Fees: Some destinations may charge entry/exit fees, which are your responsibility and are not included in the Booking charges.
Traveler Requirements: All travelers in your Booking (if more than one) must be on the same itinerary. Passengers cannot be added or removed from a Booking.
Price Corrections: BuyBusinessClass reserves the right to correct any errors in advertised prices. If a price change occurs before departure, you will be given the option to cancel the Booking or pay the difference via your provided payment method.
Frequent Flyer Miles: Frequent traveler points or miles may not apply to all portions of your Booking. You must check with the Travel Supplier for eligibility.
Booking Modifications: Once your Booking is made, you cannot transfer or change names or destinations. Your Booking will be fulfilled based on the delivery date provided in the ticket information email or when the ticket is issued.
Airline Contract of Carriage: The terms of this agreement incorporate the terms of each airline’s contract of carriage. You can inspect the full text of this contract at the airline’s airport or city ticket offices or request a copy from the airline, free of charge.
The incorporated contract terms may include:
Limitations on the airline’s liability for personal injury or death, as well as loss, damage, or delay of baggage.
Claim restrictions, including timeframes for filing claims.The airline’s right to change contract terms.
Rules about reconfirmation of reservations, check-in times, and refusal to carry passengers.Airline rights and limitations regarding delays, schedule changes, alternate airlines, and rerouting.
8. PRICING, TAXES/FEES, AND PAYMENT:
Our total prices include all applicable taxes and fees for airfare, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and activities included in your Booking, unless otherwise specified in your ticket information email or these Terms & Conditions. Please note that additional charges may apply, including fuel surcharges, security fees, baggage fees, seat reservation fees, hotel incidentals, and other service charges. These fees will be charged by the relevant Travel Supplier at the time of check-in. You are solely responsible for any such additional charges imposed by the Travel Supplier. If you have any questions about these charges, please contact the relevant Travel Supplier directly.
Prices for Service Elements do not include certain optional or additional fees such as:
Liability insurance, collision damage waiver, personal accident insurance, personal effects protection, or other car rental fees.
Drop-off charges, fuel, child safety seats, or sky racks.
Hotel incidentals such as telephone calls, movies, energy surcharges, or any applicable increases in taxes.
All of these charges must be paid directly at the car rental pick-up location or at the hotel check-in counter. Additionally, prices quoted may not include flight fuel surcharges or other surcharges imposed by the relevant Travel Supplier or authorities, and these will be your responsibility to pay.
Payment for your Booking must be made in full using a valid credit or debit card at the time of Booking. BuyBusinessClass accepts all major credit and debit cards, provided they have a verifiable billing address.
By making a Booking, you authorize BuyBusinessClass and its authorized third parties to process the charge to the credit or debit card you provide for the total amount of your Booking.
You may also be required by the relevant Travel Supplier(s) to present a valid credit or debit card at check-in at the hotel or at the car rental pick-up location to confirm the authorized use of the card and/or to secure additional charges. The cardholder must be a traveler listed on your Booking.
All offers, prices, and sale conditions are subject to:
Change without notice.
Advance purchase requirements, eligibility, seating restrictions, and other limitations.
Restrictions based on travel days, dates, minimum or maximum stays, holidays, seasons, blackout dates, stopovers, or waitlisting.
Reservation validation limitations, which may be up to one year (with potential penalties or restrictions for extensions).
Other conditions or restrictions.
If your itinerary involves a destination or stop in a country other than your departure country, the provisions of the Warsaw Convention may apply to your entire trip, including any portion within the country of origin or destination. This convention governs and may limit the liability of certain air carriers for passenger death or injury, as well as the loss or damage of baggage
A reservation is not complete until it is confirmed/ticketed. To protect our customers, we verify the accuracy of the billing address and credit card verification number provided, and ensure the debit/credit card is accepted. Until this verification is complete, the fare is subject to change. We are not responsible for any declined transactions due to issues with your credit/debit card or the verification process, nor for any changes in fare or charges that may arise during verification. In the event the selected fare is unavailable, an approval code may be issued on your credit card. If the transaction is not completed, the approval code may temporarily credit the amount to your bank account
9. General Rules and Conditions
The names of the passengers provided must exactly match the names on their passports. Once the tickets are issued, they are non-transferable. Even a small error in the name can lead to significant issues for passengers during their travel and may even prevent them from using their tickets. Name changes on tickets are not permitted – only the passenger whose name appears on the ticket can use it.
10. Exchanges, Cancellations, and Refunds
The tickets confirmed by BuyBusinessClass are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, non-reroutable, and non-transferable. If the fare rules allow for refunds or exchanges, a $250.00 BuyBusinessClass fee will be charged, in addition to any penalties imposed by the airline or recovered by the airline from BuyBusinessClass. Refunds or exchanges must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure, as no-shows will not be processed for a refund or exchange.
If the fare rules permit cancellation for future use, you will receive a travel credit (minus the supplier’s fees) for use on future ticket purchases for long-haul international flights of equal or greater value, valid for up to 12 months from the original purchase date. Please note that tickets paid with points are only eligible for travel credits, not monetary refunds.
Exchanges can only be made before the scheduled departure and may be subject to fare differences and the applicable fare rules on the date of the change. Once tickets are issued, any changes or refunds are subject to the restrictions of the fare used.
If you need more flexibility in terms of refunds and exchanges, consult your agent for a fare with fewer restrictions. Airlines strictly follow their policies and BuyBusinessClass has no authority to override these rules.
Additionally, passengers traveling internationally are advised that the Montreal Convention or the Warsaw Convention system may apply to their journey, which governs the airline’s liability for issues such as death, injury, or baggage loss. Limits on liability are outlined under these conventions and may vary depending on the applicable treaty and the specific airline
Ticket delivery is done electronically, and all tickets will be sent to the email address provided during booking. You will receive an email confirmation with your ticket number and reservation details for each airline you will be traveling with.
Refunds and exchanges are strictly subject to the fare rules established by the respective airline. If permitted, they will be processed prior to the scheduled departure only.
Any approved refund or exchange will incur applicable airline administrative penalties as well as a BuyBusinessClass.com processing fee.
Discounted fares often carry more restrictive conditions and may be completely non-refundable and non-changeable.
A minimum of 48 hours written notice is required for any cancellation or exchange request.
Cancellation of a reservation does not automatically initiate a refund—you must contact our team in writing to request one.
If you wish to exchange or refund your ticket after the scheduled departure, you must obtain written confirmation from a BuyBusinessClass Travel Expert before the departure time. No requests are honored after the flight has departed without prior confirmation.
11. NO WAIVER
Any failure by BuyBusinessClass to enforce any part of these Terms & Conditions does not waive any of its rights under these Terms & Conditions, either for past or future actions. The receipt of funds or reliance on BuyBusinessClass’ actions will not be deemed a waiver of any part of these Terms & Conditions. Only a specific, written waiver signed by an authorized representative of BuyBusinessClass will have any legal effect.
12. DATA SCRAPING
BuyBusinessClass reserves the right to terminate access to this site immediately, without notice, if it detects abuse such as excessive scanning, data scraping, or screen scraping.
13. NO RELATIONSHIP
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions creates a joint venture, partnership, independent contractor, or employment relationship between you and BuyBusinessClass. Neither party is authorized to act as an agent, employee, or legal representative of the other, and no party has the authority to bind or commit the other.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
BuyBusinessClass is not liable for any failure to perform or delays caused by events beyond its control, including acts of God, strikes, civil unrest, war, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, government actions, or other unforeseen events. BuyBusinessClass will make reasonable efforts to minimize delays caused by such events, but will not be held liable for any resulting losses or damages.
15. IN CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE EVENT:
BuyBusinessClass has no liability for delays, cancellations, overbookings, or other disruptions caused by factors beyond its control. This includes actions by governments or authorities. Additionally, BuyBusinessClass will not be responsible for any additional expenses or changes to the itinerary caused by such events
16. IMPORTANT:
Services provided by BuyBusinessClass, including cancellations, changes, and refund requests, are subject to a separate reduced fee. BuyBusinessClass is not responsible for the outcome of these processes, as they are at the discretion of the airlines. The service fee paid for processing your request is non-refundable
17. COVID-19 WAIVER OF LIABILITY
You acknowledge that your decision to travel is personal and that you are aware of current travel recommendations and restrictions related to COVID-19. BuyBusinessClass is not liable for unsafe travel conditions, including pandemics or illnesses. For travel advisories, you are encouraged to visit the State Department or CDC websites. BuyBusinessClass is not responsible for travel requirements imposed by governments or suppliers related to COVID-19, such as health screenings, face coverings, or quarantine measures. You agree to assume all risks associated with COVID-19 travel and release BuyBusinessClass and its agents from any liability. Additionally, if you opt not to purchase travel insurance, you hold BuyBusinessClass harmless for any denial of claims related to COVID-19 or other issues under the policy.
18. PROHIBITED ITEMS
For safety reasons, dangerous goods are prohibited from being packed in both checked and cabin (unchecked) baggage, except where explicitly permitted. Dangerous goods include, but are not limited to, compressed gases, corrosives, explosives, flammable liquids and solids, radioactive materials, oxidizing materials, poisons, infectious substances, and briefcases with alarm devices installed. For security purposes, additional restrictions may apply, and it is recommended that you check with your carrier for specific guidelines. Federal law prohibits carrying dangerous materials on aircraft, either in your luggage or on your person
19. PAYMENT METHODS
All booking requests must be submitted with a major credit card unless otherwise specified. The total price will be billed in the currency displayed on the booking screen.
Please note that some banks and credit card companies may charge fees for international transactions. If you are booking from outside the United States using a US credit card, your bank may convert the payment amount into your local currency and charge a conversion fee. As a result, the amount shown on your credit or bank card statement may differ from the price displayed on the booking page. Additionally, a foreign transaction fee may be applied if your bank is located outside the United States. International travel bookings may be classified as international transactions by your bank or card company, as BuyBusinessClass may pass your payment on to an international travel supplier. The exchange rate and any foreign transaction fees are determined by your bank at the time of the transaction. For questions regarding these fees or exchange rates, please contact your bank directly.
20. BuyBusinessClass Standard Ticket Protection Terms & Conditions
BuyBusinessClass Standard Ticket Protection (Ticket Protection) is an additional charge that provides more flexible fare conditions for unpredictable situations. It is important to note that Ticket Protection is not an insurance policy. Travel insurance is available upon request.
Cancellation and Refund
To cancel your trip and refund your ticket(s), you must cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure. Our agents can assist with cancellations by calling Customer Support at +1 (855) 955-2040 or emailing cs@buybusinessclass.com. No-show tickets are not eligible for a Ticket Protection refund or exchange.
Missed Connection
If a traveler misses a trip departure due to a carrier-caused delay or inclement weather, BuyBusinessClass will exchange the ticket without any airline or BuyBusinessClass fees, provided seats are available in the same booking code. Ticket Protection does not cover separate tickets issued under different reservations.
Flight Delay Compensation
If the arrival is delayed by more than 3 hours and the delay is the airline’s responsibility (due to operational issues or technical problems), the passenger may be entitled to compensation. BuyBusinessClass will file a claim on the passenger’s behalf and forward any compensation received from the airline. The flight delay must be reported within 24 hours of arrival by calling or emailing Customer Support. Please note that BuyBusinessClass does not guarantee that the airline will provide compensation and is not responsible for flight delays.
Hospitalization of the Passenger
100% refund for fully unused tickets for travelers who are hospitalized before the scheduled departure. A hospitalization certificate must be provided to BuyBusinessClass for this to apply.Free exchange of partially used tickets if the traveler is hospitalized at the time of the scheduled return. A hospitalization certificate must also be provided to BuyBusinessClass.Processing fees will be waived for all travelers unable to travel due to hospitalization
Free exchange of partially used tickets if the traveler is unable to travel due to illness. A doctor’s note or medical certificate must be provided, and the reservation must be canceled before the scheduled return.

Lost or Mishandled Luggage
Ticket Protection covers baggage mishandled by airlines or airport staff:
If your bag is not returned within 120 hours of arrival, BuyBusinessClass will pay $1,000 per undelivered bag.
The traveler must file a claim with the airline before reporting mishandled luggage to BuyBusinessClass.
Mishandled luggage must be reported within 24 hours of flight arrival by calling or emailing Customer Support.
Coverage is limited to 2 bags per person, Carry-on bags are not covered.
Theft, missing items, and damage to baggage are excluded from this coverage.
If the wrong bag is delivered to you, proof of receipt is required. BuyBusinessClass will have an additional 72 hours to locate the correct bag
Mishandled baggage claims must include accurate details—failure to provide correct information will void the claim.
Additional Notes
Each purchase of Ticket Protection applies per person and per airline confirmation number.Separate tickets issued under different airline confirmation numbers are not covered.By purchasing Ticket Protection, travelers agree to these terms and conditions.
21. BuyBusinessClass Elite Ticket Protection Terms & Conditions
Elite Ticket Protection Overview
BuyBusinessClass EliteTicket Protection (Elite Ticket Protection) is an additional charge that provides a more flexible fare and offers added benefits compared to Standard Ticket Protection. This service is designed to save both time and money on current and future bookings. Elite Ticket Protection is not an insurance policy, though travel insurance can be provided upon request.
22. Cancellation and Refund
To cancel your trip and refund your ticket(s), you must cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure date. Contact Customer Support at +1 (855) 955-2040 or email cs@buybusinessclass.com for assistance.
No-show tickets are not eligible for refund or exchange under Elite Ticket Protection.
23. Missed Connection

Free exchange of partially used tickets if the traveler is unable to travel due to illness. A doctor’s note or medical certificate is required, and processing fees will be waived. Fare difference may apply.
27. Lost or Mishandled Luggage
If baggage is mishandled by the airline and not returned within 120 hours, BuyBusinessClass will pay USD 1000 per undelivered bag
The traveler must file a claim with the airline before reporting to BuyBusinessClass, and mishandled baggage must be reported within 24 hours.
Payments are limited to 2 undelivered bags per person. Carry-on bags are not covered, and coverage only applies to undelivered baggage
28. 30% Off Flexible Ticket + Elite Ticket Protection
Travelers who activate both the EliteTicket Protection and Flexible Ticket services for the same booking will receive 30% off the total amount paid for both services.
29. 24/7 Priority Concierge Service
Elite Ticket Protection provides priority access to BuyBusinessClass’s Concierge Service, which assists with travel arrangements such as special meals, VIP transfers, chauffeur service, car rentals, and hotel accommodations.
30. Price Drop Protection
If the airfare price drops within 24 hours after booking, BuyBusinessClass will rebook the flight at the lower price and issue a travel voucher for the price difference
Please note that Price Drop Protection is subject to the availability of lower fares and does not guarantee savings
31. Free Seat Selection
Elite Ticket Protection includes free advanced seat selection within the same cabin, depending on availability, to allow travelers to select preferred seats (aisle/window or proximity to companions).
32. Refund in the Form of a Travel Voucher
If eligible, Elite Ticket Protection may offer a refund in the form of a travel credit for future bookings. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the original purchase date and applies to international flights of equal or higher value. Restrictions apply.
33. Upgrade Waitlist Priority Against Fare Difference
Elite Ticket Protection provides priority waitlist access for upgrades to higher cabins, subject to seat availability and the payment of any fare differences.
34. Flexible Ticket
The Flexible Ticket allows one-time rebooking or rescheduling of flights without additional fees from the airline or BuyBusinessClass. Conditions include:
Rebookings must be made 72 hours before the original departure
Changes must occur with the same operating carrier and are subject to availability.
Fare differences may apply, and upgrades, name changes, or transfers are not allowed
35. Miscellaneous
The captions in these Terms of Use are for convenience and do not define or limit the terms.
Neither BuyBusinessClass nor its affiliates are responsible for errors or delays due to incorrect email addresses or technical issues beyond their control.
