Do airlines include a chauffeur with business class?
A car to or from the airport that a few airlines include with some business or first class tickets, in some cities; most airlines do not offer it.
Chauffeur service, explained
A few airlines, Emirates the best known among them, include a chauffeur-driven car to and from the airport for premium passengers in selected cities, often within a set distance of the airport. Others offer it only in first class, or as a paid extra.
Where it is included, it has to be booked ahead with the airline, and the rules on distance and cities vary by airline and by fare.
Where it is not included, an agent or the hotel can arrange a car, and the cost is separate from the ticket.
On a business class trip
A traveler flying business class with an airline that includes the service books the car home from the airport when choosing seats.
